If you need background information on an artist, or you're just interested in art there's a new website you can visit. To me it looks like an artchannel, but not on tv, but on internet. It offers videos about art from sources including the MOMA (New York) LACMA (L.A.) and the Indianapolis Museum of Art (IMA). You can also watch videos about how an exhibition is installed in a museum. For example Marlene Dumas in the MOMA.
